The following directions make use of the MultiMap Service to assist you.
Eastbourne is on the South Coast of Sussex. It's main access is via the A22.
If travelling South from London then proceed along the A22 past Hailsham through Polegate on the A22 signposted Eastbourne.
If travelling from West Sussex then proceed along the A27 towards Polegate and turn onto the A22 signposted Eastbourne.
Travel along the A22 towards Eastbourne until you arrive at a large roundabout which has a signpost to Pevensey (A259) and the Hospital as the first left exit.
The Hospital is on Kings Drive (A2021). Travel along Kings Drive towards the Hosiptal.
Park College is on the left 200 yards past Park Avenue and 200 yards before the Hospital.
Travel along the A22 towards Eastbourne until you arrive at a large roundabout which has a signpost to Pevensey (A259) and the Hospital as the first left exit.
Do not turn towards the hospital, but take the second left towards Eastbourne until the large set of traffic lights (after 500 yards). Take the right turn up the hill along Victoria Road.
Carry along Victoria Drive, all the way up the hill and straight over the traffic lights at the top where the road intersects the A259 to East Dean.
The road becomes SummerDown Road, carry along here for 500 yards, and Beresford house is on the left opposite Compton Drive.
